The Advanced Construction Management Certification program was offered for one week at the University of California in Irvine. It provided experienced construction managers with a powerful educational experience to enhance productivity, improve managerial and leadership skills. It offered its participants an opportunity to stay on the leading edge of the profession.
The program curriculum included an intensive, integrated and comprehensive review of the business and practice of construction management. It examined relevant research findings, court rulings, state of the art technologies, construction process improvement techniques, project cost controls, scheduling methods, quality control processes, risk management analysis, future trends, industry challenges and opportunities.
The program was structured to energize creative minds, to develop productive work habits, to create effective project managers and ultimately successful industry leaders. Participants experienced a unique and dynamic educational opportunity that challenged their technical, conceptual and managerial skills.
Participants who successfully completed the program, received a University of California/ AIPTD Certificate of Completion.
