AI For Marketing Professionals

Content systems rather than one-off prompts: brand-voice kits, campaign workflows from brief to asset, AI-era search, and the review gate that protects the brand.

Marketing adopted AI faster than any other function, and mostly one prompt at a time. The result in many teams is volume without system: more drafts, inconsistent voice, uneven quality, and a quiet anxiety about what is being published. The missing piece is workflow.

This workshop turns individual AI use into a marketing content system. You will encode your brand voice so AI output sounds like you, build reusable campaign workflows that run from brief to publishable asset, use AI for audience research and personalization, and understand how AI-driven search is changing what discoverability means.

Brand protection gets a full module, because the failure modes are real: fabricated claims, voice drift, undisclosed AI imagery, and intellectual-property exposure. You will leave with a working brand-voice kit, two rebuilt campaign workflows, and a review checklist your legal team will appreciate.

Participants will learn to:

  • Encode brand voice into reusable assets: style guides, exemplars, and prompt libraries that keep output on-brand
  • Build campaign workflows that run from brief to draft to channel-ready asset
  • Generate and iterate visual and landing-page assets without a designer
  • Use AI for audience research, message testing, and segment-level personalization
  • Understand AI-era search: how assistants answer questions, and what that changes for discoverability
  • Apply a brand-safety review: claims verification, voice QA, disclosure, and IP exposure
  • Measure what the system changes: throughput, consistency, and performance

Topic Outline

Six Modules Across Two Sessions

Delivered across two hands-on sessions

Module 01The Stack

The Marketing AI Stack

  • The tools by job: writing, visuals, video, research, and automation
  • One discipline across tools: prompting that produces usable marketing output
  • Where AI is strong, and where it goes generic or quietly hurts the brand
  • The system mindset: assets and workflows rather than heroic individual prompting
Module 02Voice

The Brand Voice System

  • Encoding voice: style guides, exemplars, and the anti-examples that matter
  • Building the brand prompt library your whole team draws from
  • Voice QA: testing output against the guide before it ships
  • Hands-on: build your brand-voice kit against your real materials
Module 03Campaigns

Campaign Content, End to End

  • From brief to asset: email, social, blog, and ad variants from one source
  • Visual assets and landing pages from plain language
  • Versioning by channel and audience without losing the thread
  • Hands-on: run one real campaign brief through the full workflow
Module 04Research

Research, Personalization & AI-Era Search

  • Audience research with AI: synthesis, segmentation, and message testing
  • Personalization at segment level without crossing the creepiness line
  • How AI assistants answer buyer questions, and what that changes for content strategy
  • Writing to be cited: structure, sourcing, and authority in AI-mediated discovery
Module 05Brand Safety

Governance & Brand Protection

  • Claims verification: catching fabricated statistics and features before publication
  • Disclosure and authenticity: deciding where AI-generated content should be labeled
  • IP exposure: training data, imagery rights, and the questions to ask vendors
  • The review checklist: a publishable standard your legal team will sign
Module 06Capstone

Rebuild Your Workflow

  • Choose one recurring campaign or content task from your real calendar
  • Rebuild it as a system: voice kit, workflow, review gate
  • Document it so a teammate can run it next week
  • Capstone review: present the workflow and its brand-safety gate
