The team takes Claude In Practice and builds the fluency the second phase leans on: sourced research, document interrogation, and drafting with Claude, the preparation work that precedes any negotiation.

02 / Negotiation

The Negotiation System

Strategic Negotiation delivers the framework: BATNA and ZOPA, anchoring, MESOs, and multi-party dynamics, practiced against an adaptive AI negotiator and in live exercises with fellow participants. Participants put their new Claude fluency to work preparing each scenario: researching the counterparty, mapping interests, and drafting offer structures.
