A Common Language
Developing a shared vocabulary for ChatGPT's models and tools, including search, deep research, Projects, and custom GPTs, and what each one is suited for.
Custom Team Training · ChatGPT
Live, private ChatGPT training for drafting, research, and the tasks your team repeats.
When everyone on a team prompts ChatGPT the same way, shares Projects and custom GPTs, and checks what it returns, one-off questions turn into a shared way of working.
Foundations Day (six hours): $2,495 for up to 15 participants. Free consultation available.

Outcomes
Developing a shared vocabulary for ChatGPT's models and tools, including search, deep research, Projects, and custom GPTs, and what each one is suited for.
Establishing guidelines for which information can be shared with ChatGPT, how to treat citations from search and deep research, and how drafts are checked before anyone relies on them.
Building practical skills the team can apply together, such as shared Projects and custom GPTs with instructions for the drafts, briefs, and analyses the team repeats.
Get Started
Our experts will work with you to understand your team's current capabilities, the ChatGPT plan you are on, and the outcomes you want to achieve, from everyday drafting and research to shared Projects and custom GPTs.
We aim to ensure that the training addresses your team's unique context and carries over into your team's everyday work with ChatGPT.

FAQ
Yes, usually in a follow-up session once the team is comfortable with the basics. Building a custom GPT for a recurring task covers a narrow purpose, instructions that handle incomplete or out-of-scope questions, the right knowledge files, and testing before anyone else uses it. On Business and Enterprise plans, GPTs can be shared within your workspace, subject to your administrator's settings.
They solve different problems. A Project keeps the chats, files, and instructions for an ongoing piece of work in one place. A custom GPT packages instructions and knowledge for a repeatable task that other people will run. We teach both, and the exercises show which one fits the team's own recurring work.
Treat them as a starting point. Search and deep research link to their sources, which makes checking possible, but a cited source does not always say what the answer claims. The training builds the habit of opening the source, confirming the claim, and noting when a source is out of date or not authoritative for the question.
On ChatGPT Business and Enterprise, OpenAI states that it does not use your workspace data to train its models by default. On personal Free, Plus, and Pro accounts, conversations may be used for training unless the user turns that off in their data controls. These terms can change, so confirm the current policy with OpenAI and your administrator. The training covers what your team should and should not enter on each plan.
Yes. ChatGPT can read an uploaded spreadsheet, run calculations, and produce charts. The training focuses on checking the numbers behind the chart: confirming which rows and columns were used, spot-checking totals against the source file, and asking ChatGPT to show its working before the result goes into a report.
Yes. During the free consultation we gauge where your team's experience is today. A team that already uses ChatGPT regularly can start with shared Projects, custom GPTs, deep research, and data analysis. If experience varies across the group, we recommend a short review of the shared method first, so everyone works from the same starting point. An Advanced Day (six hours) is $2,995 for up to 15 participants.
AIPTD courses provide Professional Development Hours (PDH) and Continuing Education Units (CEU), so professionals can meet continuing education requirements while learning to use AI in their work.
