Organizational AI Programs

AI training for organizations: leadership programs, department workshops, and an AI adoption roadmap

Adopting AI takes more than buying subscriptions and granting access. It takes a deliberate plan for the people, processes, and habits that have to change. As part of our mission to support workforce skill and career development, we work with organizations to set their goals, then design and deliver the training that helps their teams adopt AI.

AI transformation means enabling people to work differently, make better decisions, and create lasting business value. AIPTD equips leaders and teams with the knowledge, practical skills, and strategic frameworks needed to successfully navigate this transformation.

Through live, practitioner-led sessions built around your organization's goals, teams learn to use the AI tools you have approved, check what those tools produce, and fold them into the processes they already run.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How is an organizational program different from team training?

Team training is a live workshop for one team on one AI tool, such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot, built around that team's recurring work. An organizational program is broader: it can combine leadership sessions, training for several departments, and a roadmap for AI adoption, planned with you in phases. Many organizations start with team training for one group and expand from there.

Who from our organization should be involved?

We recommend a sponsor from leadership who owns the goals, a contact for each department taking part, and whoever is responsible for your AI tools and policies, such as IT or operations. Involving them early means the training matches the tools you have approved and the rules your teams are expected to follow.

How long does an organizational program take?

It depends on the scope. A program for a single department can be short, while one that includes leadership sessions and several departments is planned in phases. We agree on the phases and the schedule with you during the free consultation, before any training begins.

How do we measure the results?

We start by recording a baseline on a few recurring tasks: how long they take, how often the work needs rework, and how many people use approved AI tools. After the training, the same measures are taken again at 30, 60, and 90 days, so you can see whether the gains are holding and where teams need more practice.

What if our team has more than 15 people?

Both the Foundations Day and the Advanced Day include up to 15 participants. Groups of 16 to 25 can join the same session for $250 per additional participant. For groups over 25, please contact us, and we will plan the training with you, which may mean separate sessions so everyone gets hands-on practice time.

Can AI training count toward PDH or CEU requirements?

AIPTD courses provide Professional Development Hours (PDH) and Continuing Education Units (CEU), so professionals can meet continuing education requirements while learning to use AI in their work. Because requirements vary by licensing board and state, participants should confirm that the credits apply to their specific license or certification.

Are there discounted AI training options for nonprofit and government employees?

Yes. AIPTD, a nonprofit professional training organization, provides a 50% discount for nonprofit, city, state, and federal organizations. The offer is part of AIPTD's nonprofit mission to help the public workforce build technology skills, improve productivity, and serve the public more effectively.
