There is a difference between knowing what Gemini can do and using it consistently in your daily work. Closing that gap depends less on discovering more features and more on developing a small number of practical workflows that you can repeat with confidence.
This workshop focuses on three workflow areas: drafting and revising content, reading and analyzing your own materials, and moving work between Gemini and Google Workspace.
The workshop also addresses an important difference in how people access Gemini. Some participants can use Gemini directly within Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. Others use the standalone Gemini app without those embedded Workspace features because of their organization’s Google Workspace edition, administrator settings, or account configuration.
Both access paths can support many of the same professional outcomes, but the available context, features, and steps may differ. At the beginning of the session, participants will identify which access path they have and learn how to complete the workshop workflows using the tools available to them.
This is the second workshop in the Gemini track. It follows Using Google Gemini and prepares participants for Building Reliable Gems & Repeatable Workflows.
